FAQs

  • Call or email me to schedule a free 15-20 minute consultation to discuss the reason you are seeking mental health services at this time.

  • A consultation will include me asking you questions about the reason you are seeking treatment, sharing a little about myself, and providing you with the opportunity to ask me questions to assess if we are a good fit.

  • No. At this time all services are provided via telehealth.

  • Every client’s need is different; therefore, frequency of sessions vary and is determined collaboratively. If current distress is interfering with your day to day functioning, it might be recommended to begin with weekly sessions and titrate to bi-weekly as your stability enhances. If you are in a more stable place, bi-weekly sessions might be more appropriate at the outset.

  • Given that I only do private practice part-time, my availability is limited. I am available on Sundays and Mondays from 9a-8p.

  • Not at this time. However, I can provide a superbill for those with Out-of-Network PPO benefits. Cash and most major credit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the end of each session.
